Path Note — I Feel Mistreated
Feeling mistreated can shake your confidence and safety, but you can protect your boundaries and respond from strength.
➟ Practice rational detachment. Remind yourself: their behaviour reflects them, not me.
➟ Stay in your Best Self. Ask: What would the calmest, strongest, most mature version of me do right now?
➟ Say “NO” clearly and calmly. Boundaries protect your well-being — you do not owe endless tolerance.
➟ Surround yourself with kind, supportive people.
➟ Remember: on the Mountain Journey of life, some people are still immature or stuck in fear. You can feel compassion, protect your space, and move on.
Next steps: Work through the FM Cards, Mountain Cards, and My Decisions Cards to explore how to strengthen boundaries, reconnect with your values, and choose responses that honour your dignity and self-worth.
