Feeling mistreated can shake your confidence and safety, but you can protect your boundaries and respond from strength.

Practice rational detachment. Remind yourself: their behaviour reflects them, not me.
Stay in your Best Self. Ask: What would the calmest, strongest, most mature version of me do right now?
Say “NO” clearly and calmly. Boundaries protect your well-being — you do not owe endless tolerance.
Surround yourself with kind, supportive people.
