Each new activity is then delivered directly to your Pathfinder inbox inside the Meaningful Paths app (Pathfinder), creating a personalised process shaped by your journey rather than by algorithms.

Is Path Guide the right fit for me?

Path Guide is designed for people who want a structured but reflective approach to personal growth. It may be a good fit if you are exploring questions about life direction, relationships, meaning, or personal decisions and would value guided reflection with human insight and support. Path Guide is not therapy or crisis support, but a thoughtful space for reflection and personal exploration.


What happens after I sign up?

Once you sign up for Path Guide, you will be asked to download the Pathfinder app for free. Within 24 hours, you will receive a welcome form so we can get to know you better and understand your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to explore during the programme.


How does the weekly process work?

Each week, you will receive a Pathfinder reflection activity delivered directly to your Pathfinder inbox. After completing the activity, your responses are reviewed by Therapist Sandy ElChaar and Meaningful Paths Founder David Chorlton (Coach). Based on your reflections, they will send your next personalised activity to continue supporting your personal growth journey.


What if I miss a weekly activity?

If you do not complete your weekly activity, Sandy or Dave will send you a check-in email to see how you are doing. If we do not hear back, a new Pathfinder activity will still be sent based on your welcome form responses, ensuring your reflection journey can continue in a supportive way.


What happens at the end of the 12-week programme?

At the end of the 12-week Path Guide journey, you will receive a final reflection and feedback form. This gives you the opportunity to reflect on what you have explored, what has shifted for you, and how you might wish to continue your personal growth journey.
