Sandy ElChaar is a psychologist and trained psychotherapist specialising in Existential Analysis and Logotherapy. She is completing her PhD and works as a researcher and trainer with experience in mental health and evidence-based interventions.
As Co-Founder of Meaningful Paths, Sandy leads the clinical direction and development of the Mountain Framework, translating existential psychological principles into accessible tools for everyday life. She is also the author of Quest for Meaning: 10 Exercises on Purpose.
David Chorlton

David Chorlton is the Founder of Meaningful Paths and Co-Founder of the Mountain Framework. He leads the strategic development of the platform, combining digital innovation, wellbeing and existential psychology to create practical tools that help people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and purpose.
Drawing on experience across mental health services, coaching and digital wellbeing, David focuses on making evidence-informed psychology accessible for everyday life. Together with Sandy ElChaar, he continues to develop the Mountain Framework and Path Search to help people reflect, grow and live with greater meaning.
