Postnatal Pilates & Mindful Thinking Course
Learn how to safely regain your strength and love for your body from weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8 post birth with Postnatal Pilates Instructor Claire Young. Please note week 5 is a video based on your Postnatal body and you will be required to have your 6 week doctor sign off before partaking in the Postnatal Pilates exercises.
