WORKSHOPS WITH SANDY ELCHAAR
Space to pause, reflect and understand yourself more deeply
Our online workshops with psychotherapist Sandy ElChaar offer a thoughtful space to explore the parts of life that can sometimes feel difficult to make sense of.
Themes may include relationships, anxiety, life direction, purposeful living, personal goals, difficult decisions, self-understanding and finding greater clarity about what matters to you.
Grounded in psychology and the Meaningful Paths Mountain Framework, each workshop is designed to help you step out of autopilot, reflect on your own experience and leave with ideas you can continue exploring in everyday life.
