Path Note — Using Your Strengths
Your strengths are often quiet signposts on the Mountain Journey — pointing you toward authenticity, energy, and growth. Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” try asking: “What is strong in me?”
➟ Notice what makes you feel authentic and alive — is it creating, leading, listening, helping, learning?
➟ Reflect: Do you take steps forward with compassion, zest, creativity, structure, empathy, or by inspiring others?
➟ Reframe weaknesses as learning paths, not flaws; they show where growth is calling you.
Your natural strengths can fuel action when the path feels unclear. Moving forward with what already lights you up helps you climb the mountain with purpose and endurance.
Next steps: Work through the FM Cards, Mountain Cards, and My Decisions Cards to explore your strengths, align them with meaning, and shape your next authentic step.
