When meeting someone new, focus on truly seeing their world.
➟ Look through the lens of the other person’s values — what might matter most to them right now?
➟ Consider where they might be on their journey — are they seeking space, connection, authenticity, or purpose?
➟ Ask open-ended questions (“What’s been inspiring you lately?” / “What brought you here?”) and show genuine, authentic interest. People feel safe when they feel seen.
