Path Note — Disagreeing Well

Conflict doesn’t have to break connection — it can deepen understanding if approached with care.

Listen first — let the other person fully express their view before responding.
Validate their perspective — show you’ve heard and understood, even if you don’t agree.
Look for shared values or anchor points — you might disagree on solutions but still align on deeper needs or principles.
Seek one small step forward — focus on progress, not perfection.

Next steps: Work through the FM Cards, Mountain Cards, and My Decisions Cards to clarify your values and navigate disagreements without losing yourself.
