Wellbeing Specialist & Mindfulness Lead for a large NHS trust
I am a coach and interpersonal mediator. I have great success in helping people overcome challenges and difficulties by using the power of their own minds & by becoming more embodied.
My specialties are dealing with Anger, Stress, processing & regulating emotions, Sleep problems, Anxiety and Recurrent Depression.
I also design & deliver Resilience and Wellbeing training in the workplace to help staff identify and manage stress before it impacts adversely on wellbeing.
Having trained as a mindfulness teacher at the University of Oxford mindfulness centre, I have helped hundreds of healthcare professionals and others prevent burnout and to increase focus, resilience and inner peace.
I am also the mindfulness lead for a large NHS trust.
Currently completing a Masters (MSc) in the psychology of mindfulness and compassion. These are skills to be nurtured in fast paced workplaces in order to prevent burnout and develop and retain successful colleagues and leaders.
Available for group trainings, one to one coaching and interpersonal mediation.
